I led Illinois Tech's Alumni Association Social Media Taskforce, introducing a greater use of design, infographics, video, and above all, compelling content that celebrated alumni and encouraged them to interact with our platforms.
The result was a Facebook audience penetration of 25 percent, increased year-over-year donations to our annual giving campaigns, and discovery of dozens of successful alumni and potential influencers through creative tactics like trivia games and “alumna/us of the week” posts.
